You Are Not Alone
The power of the wolf brings forth instinct, intelligence, appetite for freedom, and awareness of the importance of social connections. This animal can also symbolize fear of being threatened and lack of trust.
Social connections are fundamental to thriving and surviving, though fear and lack of trust when not understood can prevent us from experiencing the kinds of connections that feed us in healthy ways.
Sometimes this can leave us feeling alone. It might even feel like the world is out to get us. Anxiety, anger and depression arise. We desire something different, and we struggle to effectively create the changes we desire.
When our discomfort becomes too much, we make an attempt to reach out for a connection with the hope that it will guide us out of the discomfort and into a more comfortable place.
If this is feels familiar, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Make that connection. As a human race, we can’t do this alone. Especially, right now – we can’t do this alone.
“Imagine yourself resourced and nourished by your connection with others. Imagine yourself resourced and nourished by your connection to yourself… your body, mind, emotion and spirit. Imagine yourself a pillar, strong at your core, unshakeable and present to all of life. Imagine this is you. You are whole. You are connected.” ~ Leah Wolf, MA, MFTC, CLC
